Effective July 19, 2026.
PRISM stores the name, email address, username, password hash, account role, login sessions, private engineering workspace data, engineering transcripts, and provider-browser profile associated with your account. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id; the original password is not stored.
This information is used to authenticate you, operate your private engineering workspace, preserve your projects, and provide connected tools. Other standard accounts cannot access your account workspace. Administrators may access server data when required for security, support, recovery, or legal compliance.
Account and project information is retained while the account is active and as needed for backups, security, and legal obligations. Contact the PRISM operator to request access, correction, export, or deletion. Do not place regulated personal data or third-party secrets in engineering prompts unless you are authorized to do so.
